Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. seeks a Manager, Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain activities including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory control, distribution, and customer service.

You will manage external logistics providers and partner with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and sustainable operations. The role requires a BS in Industrial Engineering or related field, 6+ years in hardware ops and supply chain, plus 4+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years leadership.
• Excellent analytical and BI reporting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership to drive operational activities and support business objectives.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations and optimize transportation.
• Oversee daily fulfillment with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders.
• Monitor KPIs such as On-Time Delivery and MTTR.
• Develop policies for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Lead a team of operations specialists.
