Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with at least 4 years in leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations including transportation and warehousing.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL partners.
• Drive on-time delivery and inventory optimization.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain policies and improvements.
• Lead a team of operations specialists.
