Job summary

Merit Medical seeks a Vice President, Global Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end global supply chain, overseeing IBP, S&OE, demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution. This executive will steer a multi-site network toward growth, service, and profitability while managing working capital and risk.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain with 10+ years in senior leadership across global operations, and a track record of driving digital transformation and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; fifteen years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Executive leadership of multi-site and international teams for 10+ years.
• Experience leading large-scale global planning, IBP/S&OP, S&OE, inventory, logistics, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the global supply chain strategy across a multi-site network.
• Leads global IBP/S&OP and S&OE processes; aligns demand, capacity, inventory, and finances.
• Drives supply chain technology transformations including ERP, analytics, and automation.
