Job summary

Par Health seeks an Executive Director, Supply Chain to define strategy and manage daily supply chain activities across the network. You will own planning for all business segments, external manufacturing, logistics and the IBP process to ensure material availability and timely shipments to customers.

You will drive inventory control, service levels, and cost optimization while coordinating with Operations, R&D, Commercial, Quality, IT and Finance to implement best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or materials management or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in logistics/supply chain/manufacturing with 5+ years in supervisory/management.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain for ~200 products across Par Health network.
• Plan short- and long-term requirements and business continuity.
• Maintain high service levels (UFR/OTIF) and IBP alignment.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Finance and Manufacturing.
• Manage transportation, trade compliance and intake for distributions.
• Coach and develop staff, promote accountability and performance.
• Travel to plants; 25% travel expected.
