Job summary

Par Health, Inc. seeks an Executive Director, Supply Chain to define strategy and run daily supply chain operations across multiple business segments. You will own planning, external manufacturing, logistics, and the IBP process, ensuring material availability and timely product shipments to customers.

You will lead inventory management, service levels, and cost optimization while partnering with Finance, Ops, and R&D. Strong leadership, ERP/IBP knowledge, and global coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or materials management.
• 8–10 years in logistics/supply chain/manufacturing with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain across ~200 products and manage internal/external materials.
• Lead IBP process and align financial, operational, and commercial goals.
• Ensure service levels (UFR/OTIF) and optimize inventory that supports cash and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Ops, R&D, Quality, IT and Sales for continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed for plant visits and leadership meetings.
