Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a senior executive to lead the end-to-end global supply chain. The VP will shape strategy across IBP/S&OP, demand and supply planning, production and distribution, inventory management, procurement, and logistics for a multi-site manufacturing and distribution network.

The role focuses on aligning demand, capacity, and financial priorities, driving digital transformation, and building a high-performing organization across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in supply chain, incl. 10 years executive leadership of multi-site/international teams.
• Experience leading IBP/S&OP, demand/supply planning, inventory, logistics, and transformation activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes global supply chain strategy across IBP/S&OP, S&OE, inventory, and network planning.
• Leads multi-site teams; standardizes policies, processes, and performance management.
• Owns global inventory strategy, targets, and working capital optimization.
• Drives supply chain technology transformations (ERP, analytics, BI).
• Partners with Finance to quantify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements.
