Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of global supply chain experience.
• 10+ years of executive leadership of multi-site and international teams.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global planning, IBP/S&OP, S&OE, and procurement transformations.
• Strong ability to connect operational decisions to revenue, margin, and working capital outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the global supply chain strategy across the enterprise.
• Leads global multi-site teams; standardizes policies, processes, systems, and performance management.
• Owns IBP/S&OP and S&OE processes; aligns demand, capacity, inventory, and financial plans.
• Establishes planning governance; uses analytics to improve forecast accuracy, plan stability, and service.
• Owns global inventory strategy and working capital optimization; manages excess and aging stock.
• Leads procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to improve service and cost.
