Medline Industries, LP is seeking an executive to lead the Supply Chain Optimization organization, driving profitability and growth through end-to-end supply chain strategies. The role focuses on logistics, inventory management, distribution, and strengthening customer relationships across global operations.

The position requires extensive leadership experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in supply chain optimization, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain optimization strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with inventory management, real estate, manufacturing, sales, finance, and IT.
• Manage full profit and loss for the division and Grow Prime Vendor relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements across all supply chain functions.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure resilience and compliance.
• Build strong supplier and logistics partner relationships.
