Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks an experienced Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement to lead global strategy, sourcing, procurement and planning across a multi-site enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations in a large-scale global public company.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi-site supply chain organizations and ESG/risk frameworks.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide demand, capacity, and inventory planning (SIOP) across sites.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and frameworks to improve service, cost, and resilience.
• Translate forecasts into executable supply and inventory strategies; drive standardization and digital enablement.
• Own enterprise sourcing and procurement strategy across direct/indirect spend and CAPEX.
