Job summary

ATL Medical, Inc. seeks a Global Supply Chain Director to oversee and optimize the company’s international supply chain operations. The role requires strategic leadership across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution in a highly integrated environment.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in supply chain with 5+ in leadership, preferably in medical device manufacturing, and strong skills in negotiation, analytics, and regulatory compliance. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global operations.
• Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies aligning with company objectives and international presence.
• Lead procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution across multiple sites.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuity across markets.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels globally.
• Build and lead a multicultural, high-performing supply chain team across global offices.
• Oversee inventory and ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and other international standards.
