Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• 18+ years of progressive operations and supply chain leadership experience with executive responsibility.
• Experience in a regulated, quality-critical environment; medical devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global operations and supply chain strategy aligned with enterprise growth and objectives.
• Own the performance of the global manufacturing and operations network, including facilities and sites.
• Lead end-to-end global supply chain—S&OP, demand planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
