Job summary

Safelite’s Early Career program, in partnership with Belron, develops future leaders in Supply Chain through curated experiences and a custom curriculum. Associates rotate across Southeast facilities and may relocate nationwide after program completion.

Participants will gain leadership, analytics, and operations management skills, with exposure to senior leaders in the U.S. and internationally. The program includes onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into functional roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related major by June 2027.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher at application time.
• Previous internship experience required; distribution center/warehouse preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support business function through hands-on day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with internal associates to gain rotation experience.
• Identify and implement efficiencies on each rotation.
• Analyze tasks with a continuous improvement mindset to support objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Research and analyze business problems; gather requirements and develop strategy.
