Job summary

Safelite's Global Early Career Professional program offers three 8-month rotations across Supply Chain, including hands-on tasks, leadership development, and exposure to senior leaders across the U.S. and internationally.

You'll develop expertise in operations, inventory management, and distribution, while building cross-functional relationships and delivering real improvements. Applicants should have a degree by June 2027, internship experience, and willingness to relocate and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related major by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience required; distribution center or warehouse preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations across the supply chain function.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver improvements and projects.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
• Present strategy and lead initiatives to senior leadership.
• Progress tasks to meet deadlines with rotation leaders.
