Job summary

Safelite’s Early Career program (in partnership with Belron) develops future leaders through curated rotations in the Supply Chain function. You will gain exposure to warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment, while learning operational excellence and analytics skills.

As a Global Early Career Professional, you’ll relocate for rotations, work with senior leaders, and contribute to process improvements that impact customer satisfaction and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by June 2027 in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, internships, or extracurriculars.
• GPA 3.3 or higher at time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to relocate regionally and nationwide after the program.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations across the supply chain rotations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and drive projects.
• Identify efficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn and apply data analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Present insights to senior leadership and participate in program stretch projects.
