Job summary

Safelite’s Global Early Career Professional program develops early career associates into future leaders through rotations and curated experiences. Rotations cover operations, inventory management, and distribution strategies to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Participants gain leadership and analytical skills, with exposure to senior leaders in the U.S. and internationally, and may relocate within the Southeast for rotations and nationwide after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by June 2027 in a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learning of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on, day-to-day tasks and projects in the team.
• Collaborate with internal associates to gain cross-functional experience.
• Identify efficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
• Analyze tasks with a continuous improvement mindset to support objectives.
• Provide insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to research and analyze business problems and develop strategies.
