Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or related major by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience required; distribution center or warehouse experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics or activities.
• Cumulative GPA 3.3+ at application time.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete three, 8-month rotations.
• Perform hands-on tasks and projects for the team.
• Collaborate with internal associates to gain experience in each rotation.
• Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Present insights and strategies to senior leadership.
• Research business problems and develop project strategies.
• Contribute to program stretch projects with deadlines.
