Job summary

Safelite is seeking candidates for its Global Early Career Professional program in the United States. The program features three 8‑month rotations across Supply Chain, designed to build leadership, analytics, and operational management skills for future roles in warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution teams.

Participants will relocate within the Northeast region for rotations, gain exposure to senior leaders, and complete accreditation requirements where applicable, with ongoing mentorship and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by June 2027.
• Internship experience required.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools.
• Eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate within the Northeast region and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations across supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain hands-on experience.
• Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement during rotations.
• Analyze tasks and processes to support business objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop project strategies and support business cases for rotations.
• Lead or contribute to program stretch projects with defined deliverables.
• Manage time and progress to meet deadlines throughout rotations.
