Job summary

Safelite’s Global Early Career Professional program offers three 8-month rotations across Supply Chain, enabling exposure to operations, inventory, and distribution leadership. You will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop strategic and analytical skills for future leadership roles within Safelite and Belron.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related major by June 2027.
• Internship experience required; distribution center/warehouse experience preferred.
• GPA 3.3 or higher at application time.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Eligible to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate within the Northeast region for rotations and nationwide after program.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations across functions.
• Support business functions through hands-on tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gain hands-on experience in each rotation.
• Identify and incorporate efficiencies during rotations.
• Analyze processes with continuous improvement mindset and drive changes.
• Provide insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop project strategy by gathering requirements and analyzing data.
• Lead or contribute to program stretch projects with defined deadlines.
• Manage time and progress tasks with rotation leaders.
• Participate in accreditation and personal development elements.
