Job summary

Safelite’s Global Early Career Professionals program in Supply Chain develops leaders through three 8-month rotations across the Southeast, including exposure to warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution operations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field by June 2027, internship experience, and a 3.3+ GPA, with willingness to relocate regionally and nationwide after the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by June 2027 in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related major.
• Previous internship experience required; distribution center or warehouse preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete three, 8-month rotations across the Southeast region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements.
• Analyze data and business requirements to support objectives.
• Present insights and strategy to senior leadership.
• Engage in personal development and obtain applicable accreditations.
