Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the full study lifecycle. You will oversee study management, site activities, CRO/vendors, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality trial data from start-up through closeout.

The role demands leadership of cross-functional teams, budget management, and readiness activities for inspections. English proficiency and extensive clinical research experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field and substantial operational clinical trial experience.
• 7+ years of operational clinical trial experience or equivalent.
• Experience with CRO/vendor oversight and global study management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global study execution from start-up to database release and inspection readiness.
• Provide oversight of regional operations and CRO tasks for study delivery.
• Set recruitment targets and milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee study budgets, vendor contracts, and cost variance tracking.
• Ensure TMF setup and study management plans across countries and sites.
• Coordinate training and investigator meetings; manage risk planning and monitoring.
