Notre Dame Global (NDG) seeks an energetic Assistant Director of Short-Term & Summer Study Abroad Programs to lead operations, strategy, and student engagement for our growing portfolio. Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in higher education or international education.
• Experience advising students and supporting study abroad programs.
• Experience living, studying, or working outside the United States.
• Ability to lead across departments and partner with faculty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end advising and program selection for undergraduates.
• Partner with faculty to design and launch short-term programs.
• Oversee program budgets with NDG finance team.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for summer programs.
• Measure program impact with assessments and reports.
