You will coordinate cross-department partnerships, oversee budgets with the finance team, and drive recruitment through marketing campaigns, info sessions, and events. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and strategic communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in higher education, international education, student advising, or related fields.
• Experience living/studying/working outside the United States is preferred.
• Ability to develop and support DEI programming within an academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end advising and support for undergraduate students in study abroad.
• Lead program operations, budgeting, and campus collaboration with academic departments and faculty.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for summer study abroad and manage communications.
• Design assessments, analyze results, and prepare executive reports for leadership.
