Qualifications

• Knowledge of study abroad advising techniques in higher education.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Terra Dotta and Banner.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends for events.

Responsabilités

• Faculty-Led Program Development: advise and support proposal, design and implementation stages; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; assist with marketing and budgeting.
• Student Advising: maintain regional and cultural knowledge; manage high-volume inquiries; guide students through financing, applications, and pre-departure/orientation.
• Administrative Duties: manage Terra Dotta system; on-campus service rotation; participate in on-call emergency rotation.
