IES Abroad, headquartered in Chicago, seeks an experienced Program Advisor to provide pre-departure advising for students, families, and home schools. You will serve as a program expert, maintain records, and coordinate with multiple departments to support enrollment cycles.

The role requires 1-2 years in higher education or administration, excellent communication, and the ability to handle high call volumes. Regular after-hours calls and occasional travel may be required.
