Job summary

Essential duties include advising, program support, recruitment, and marketing, with collaboration across departments to promote study abroad experiences and ensure smooth student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 1–2 years of related experience; study abroad experience or teaching abroad is a plus.
• Preferred Master’s degree related to international education; study abroad advising or marketing experience; foreign language skills.

Responsibilities

• Advises Loyola students about study, research, intern, volunteer, and teach abroad opportunities; assists with academic planning.
• Provides program support for global centers, faculty-led, exchange, and provider programs; conducts pre-departure orientation and reentry programming.
