Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field.
• Three years of professional student services work experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in international Education, Higher Education Administration or International Relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advising on study abroad and away opportunities and university requirements.
• Coordinate student participation from inquiry through application and return.
• Develop outreach, recruitment, marketing, and peer engagement strategies to expand participation, especially among underrepresented students.
• Plan and deliver orientations, workshops, and pre-departure programming.
• Manage study abroad programs and associated logistics, budgets, and records.
• Collaborate with faculty and external partners to support program delivery.
