• 3+ years of structuring and transaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions to enhance clients’ working capital.
• Partner with finance, product, legal and risk teams to deliver bespoke structures.
• Support senior team members in pitching, structuring and executing transactions; lead approval discussions.
