Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager for Trade & Working Capital to own the strategy, development, and end‑to‑end lifecycle of Structured Working Capital solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Treasury Services, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to deliver market‑leading liquidity products and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience in Trade Finance or Working Capital solutions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements for Trade & Working Capital products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and product roadmap for Structured Working Capital solutions.
• Lead development, enhancement, and commercialization of innovative working capital products.
• Serve as SME across Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, and related liquidity solutions.
• Drive client-centric innovation through market research and direct client engagement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead governance for new product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Champion technology modernization and scalable systems improvements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal risk partners to maintain strong controls.
• Own product financial performance including revenue growth and pricing strategy.
