JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager for Trade & Working Capital to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of Structured Working Capital solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related financial services field.
• Experience in Trade Finance or Working Capital Solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of structured working capital solutions (Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Borrowing Base Finance, Distributor Finance) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and product roadmap for Structured Working Capital, driving client value and profitability.
• Lead development, enhancement, and commercialization with Sales, Treasury Services, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Serve as the product expert across Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Borrowing Base Finance, Distributor Finance, and related liquidity solutions.
• Drive client-centric innovation through market research and direct client engagement, translating opportunities into actionable strategies.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements and maintain a robust control framework.
• Lead governance activities for new launches, enhancements, and initiatives.
• Champion technology modernization to improve scalability and client experience.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Act as liaison for regulators, Internal Audit, Product Control, and risk partners.
• Own product financial performance including revenue growth, expense management, pricing strategy, cost allocation, and profitability initiatives.
• Partner with Sales on client engagements and complex solution design.
