Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Transactor within the Trade & Working Capital's Structured Working Capital team to design and execute tailored financial strategies that optimize clients' working capital on a global scale.

You will structure, execute, and manage structured receivables and inventory finance transactions, collaborating with clients to meet their working capital objectives and identify opportunities across bilateral to syndicated financing structures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of structuring and transaction experience.
• Strong working knowledge of corporate finance, corporate credit and legal risk.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions independently.
• Innovative thinking to bring solutions to complex problems.
• Effective communication for pitching, structuring, and executing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions.
• Partner with finance, product, legal and risk teams to deliver custom structures.
• Support senior team members in pitching, structuring, and executing transactions.
• Prepare and review data analyses including cash flow and stress test models.
• Develop expertise in transaction execution and negotiations of legal docs.
