JPMorganChase in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Product Manager for Trade & Working Capital to lead the Structured Working Capital strategy and lifecycle. You will own roadmap, partner with Sales, Treasury, Legal, Risk, and Technology to deliver scalable financing and liquidity solutions that drive client value and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in product, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while delivering market-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related finance discipline.
• Experience with Structured Working Capital solutions (Receivables/Inventory/LC).
• Proven ability to lead strategy and lifecycle of complex products.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of risk, regulatory, and compliance aspects in Trade & Working Capital.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for Structured Working Capital products.
• Lead development, enhancement, and commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as product SME across Receivables, Inventory, Borrowing Base, Distributor Finance.
• Drive client-centric innovation through market research and client engagement.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead product governance for launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Champion technology modernization to improve scalability and client experience.
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation through launch to optimization.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal control functions for reviews.
• Own product financial performance including revenue, pricing, and costs.
• Collaborate with Sales on client engagements and solution design.
