Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product development experience in financial services.
• Experience with structured working capital or liquidity products is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategic product initiatives within large institutions.
• Strong analytical and regulatory/compliance understanding relevant to Trade & Working Capital.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Structured Working Capital solutions.
• Lead development, enhancement, and commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as SME across Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Borrowing Base Finance, and related liquidity products.
• Drive market research and client engagement to translate opportunities into strategies.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and robust control framework across products.
• Oversee product governance and approvals for launches and enhancements.
• Champion tech modernization to improve scalability and client experience.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Act as liaison with regulators, internal audit, risk, and product control.
