Job summary

Intepros is seeking a Program Manager to own partner onboarding and operations for a rapidly scaling streaming content program. You will coordinate with Business Development, Product, and Engineering to manage end-to-end onboarding projects and serve as the operational point of contact for non-standard partner issues.

You will translate friction into tooling requirements, drive accountability across teams, and ensure partners go live quickly and stay healthy after launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with content operations, partner onboarding, or platform enablement at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects, stepping in when non-standard situations or escalations arise.
• Serve as the first line of operational support for partners experiencing content pipeline, metadata, feed, or payment issues.
• Participate in external partner calls to walk through technical integration requirements, including MRSS/JSON feeds, metadata schemas, content ingestion workflows, and self-service tooling capabilities.
• Partner with Business Development teams and international partners to ensure onboarding processes can scale across new locales.
• Identify recurring partner issues and translate them into actionable tooling and feature requirements.
• Track engineering tickets on behalf of partners, provide clear context to development teams, and drive resolution timelines.
• Build mechanisms to report onboarding progress, partner health, and issue trends to leadership.
• Support international expansion readiness, including regional payment setup, metadata localization, rights verification, and quality assurance.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce partner time-to-live and decrease repeat issues.
• Manage recurring partner syncs, track open issues, and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to Directors and VPs through clear written narratives.
