Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Strategy & PMO Senior Manager for International Expansion to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, eCommerce, Finance, Talent, Operations, Marketing, and Sales. You will own the portfolio, translate expansion priorities into executable plans, and keep teams aligned on decisions, dependencies, risks, and timelines.

You will build business cases, drive data-informed action, and present results to executives to accelerate growth in new markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic, customer-facing, or operational projects.
• Highly organized with structure, rhythm, and accountability for cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into action.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across levels and drive accountability.
• Solid presentation and storytelling skills with data-driven narratives.
• Familiarity with modern PMO tools and visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Define expansion priorities and sequence initiatives to launch in new markets.
• Assess opportunities using frameworks like NPV, ROI, and payback analyses.
• Analyze data to uncover insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Create executive-ready presentations with key takeaways and next steps.
• Drive cross-functional teams across IT, eCommerce, Finance, Talent, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
• Develop integrated program plans, governance routines, milestones, and status reporting.
• Maintain momentum across concurrent workstreams by managing dependencies and risks.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to align on decisions and actions.
