TransUnion seeks a senior leader for International Strategy to shape growth across global markets. You will collaborate with regional leaders, Product, Marketing, and Finance to identify expansion opportunities, build strategic business cases, and drive go-to-market execution.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution in a hybrid, in-person/virtual setting. You will partner with executives to set targets, monitor KPIs, and translate insights into actionable plans while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across financial services, technology, consumer data, or similar information-services environments.
• 10+ years in business management, strategic planning, or corporate strategy with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience turning strategy into business results in a matrixed, cross-functional setting.
• Advanced degree or equivalent business leadership experience is valued.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead growth and sales strategies across international regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify and scale opportunities in new geographies.
• Build business cases for organic and inorganic growth, including acquisitions.
• Translate strategy into go-to-market plans and execution roadmaps.
• Govern budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking with Finance.
