Luck Companies seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across a portfolio of strategic projects, including Greenfields expansions and site reconfigurations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with regional leadership, and mentor other PMs while guiding cost, schedule, and performance to deliver long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of construction/mining project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of related projects to ensure the overall success of the program and the region.
• Coordinate management of multiple related projects by developing annual and longer-term plans that support strategic objectives and portfolio planning.
• Assist regional leadership by managing projects and initiatives that are on a smaller scale but have a high impact to the business.
• Facilitate and manage stakeholder requirements, expectations, and communications.
• Review of proposed project estimates, scopes, and purpose as it relates to the support of the regional program.
