Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Strategy & PMO Senior Manager, International Expansion to lead cross‑functional programs across IT, eCommerce, Finance, Talent, Operations, Marketing and Sales. You will translate expansion priorities into executable plans and keep teams aligned on decisions, risks, and timelines.

You bring 7+ years of leading strategic or operational projects, with experience in strategy consulting or internal PMO roles.

Qualifications

7+ years leading strategic or operational projects.
Experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy/PMO roles preferred.
Highly organized with structure, rhythm, and accountability.
Analytical strength to distill insights and drive data‑informed action.

Responsibilities

Define expansion priorities with international leaders and sequence initiatives.
Use frameworks to assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and build business cases.
Analyze data to articulate implications and translate into recommendations.
Create executive presentations communicating results and next steps.
Manage cross‑functional programs across IT, eCommerce, Finance, Talent, Ops, Marketing, Sales, Legal.
Develop integrated program plans, governance, milestones, and status reporting.
Maintain momentum across concurrent workstreams by managing dependencies and risks.
Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and leadership forums for decisions.
