Parts Town seeks a Strategy & PMO Senior Manager, International Expansion, to own a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives and translate expansion priorities into executable plans. You will align teams across IT, eCommerce, Finance, Talent, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver measurable value while navigating risks and timelines.

The role emphasizes structured problem solving, executive communication, and evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading strategic, customer-facing, or operational projects with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy/PMO preferred for market entry, value creation, process improvement, or M&A/operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Define expansion priorities and sequence initiatives to launch and scale in new markets.
• Build business cases with NPV, ROI, and payback analyses.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Create presentations that communicate results and decisions to stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional programs across IT, eCommerce, Finance, Talent, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
