Job summary

The Travel Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility international growth initiative. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, coordinating across operations, finance, legal, treasury, tax, banking, contracting, and external advisors.

As a hands-on PM, you will manage milestones across regions and time zones, ensuring alignment and progress while navigating multiple workstreams and senior leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management, project coordination, or project delivery in a complex business environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for updates and reports.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and disciplined project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to influence progress with senior leaders across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, functions, and external partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans; escalate as needed.
• Monitor project progress and identify delivery challenges proactively.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and updates.
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, meeting records, and controls.
• Support implementation readiness, operational execution, and post-launch stabilization.
