Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional in the United States (New York area) to manage strategic cross-functional programs within Sales and Success Digital Enablement. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days per week and offers broad exposure across RTR and regional teams to drive significant business impact.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Proactive change management mindset with strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organization complexity while driving clarity and outcomes.
• Experience driving multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication across a dispersed audience.
• Experience in a commercial organization with partner and customer-facing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with sales and success digital enablement team, RTR, regions, function and broader Sage impact.
• Develop and implement project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps and communication strategies to support objectives.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Drive projects with a consistent approach around ROB, governance, change impact assessment and execution model.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Resolve issues proactively and focus on continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on status, outcomes and business impact to executive leadership.
