Job summary

Bain & Company in Dallas is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to own cross-partnership strategy and day-to-day BD operations. You will work with senior Bain leaders to drive investment decisions, grow the partnership pipeline, and align with practice leadership. The role follows a hybrid model with travel as needed.

The position emphasizes strategic thinking, project management, and exceptional communication to influence executives and coordinate across Bain stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience.
• Solid strategic and analytical toolkit.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with all levels.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation skills with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cross-partnership initiatives and day-to-day BD operations.
• Coordinate with senior Bain stakeholders to drive cross-partnership investments and priorities.
• Drive creation of materials for LT and affiliate meetings and training events.
• Manage BD team rhythm, budgeting, and talent development.
• Foster inclusive, positive leadership and trusted collaboration across Bain.
