Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead partnerships strategies and commercial outcomes for assigned partnerships.
Develop and communicate metrics and governance for partnerships.
Codify case studies and joint offering materials for Bain and partner teams.
Collaborate with BD leadership, marketing, Solution team and partner firms on messaging and joint marketing.
Drive internal enablement and knowledge transfer across Bain and partner ecosystems.
Navigate partner organizations to identify and build new relationships and manage day-to-day partnerships.
Proactively identify conflicts and support conflict management processes where applicable.
Onboard new partner firms to establish partnership vision and go-to-market.
