Bain & Company is seeking a Manager of Business Development to lead partnership ecosystems and drive strategic collaborations with external firms. The role requires building relationships, shaping governance, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

The candidate will navigate multiple stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and enable partner-driven growth while maintaining Bain’s standards in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
• Solid strategic and analytical toolkit.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with all levels.

Responsabilités

• Drive development and governance of Partnership strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Communicate metrics and coordinate stakeholder engagement, governance, and account planning.
• Create case studies and materials for various teams to scale joint offerings.
• Collaborate with BD leadership, marketing, solution teams, and partner firms on external messaging and joint marketing.
• Lead onboarding of new partners, drive negotiations, and ensure alignment with leadership priorities.
• Maintain day-to-day relationship management across Bain and partner teams and resolve conflicts.
