Bain & Company in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to drive cross-partnership strategy and oversee day-to-day BD operations. You will partner with senior leaders to align investments, identify growth opportunities, and ensure impactful execution across global partnerships.

You'll lead program management, budgeting, and talent initiatives, while shaping an inclusive, high-performing team and delivering results for clients and Bain's partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
• Solid strategic and analytical toolkit.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with all levels throughout the organization.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
