Responsibilities

• Partnership management & governance: drive development and governance for partnerships, including metrics and stakeholder engagement.
• Relationship management: build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and enable introductions across Bain and partner firms.
• Compliance & risk: ensure partner firms meet professional standards and support risk management processes with Legal and Third Party Risk teams.
• Team & leadership: foster inclusive culture, model leadership, and influence decision‑making across stakeholders.
• Internal enablement: share knowledge, contribute to partnership playbooks, toolkits and governance frameworks.
• Go-to-market: collaborate on external messaging and joint marketing with partner firms.
