Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operational, logistics, supply chain management, program management, or customer management experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Experience managing executive customer stakeholders and supporting customer governance forums.
• Experience working with international supply chains or origin operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external teams.
• Preferred: PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma, or related operational excellence certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Maersk, driving execution from strategy to delivery.
• Partner closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to improve operational performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance by driving best practices and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized KPIs to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Drive speed-to-market improvements through innovative supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across logistics, product, and operations to enhance service delivery and scalability.
• Anticipate operational challenges and proactively design solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and customer outcomes.
• Conduct regular operational reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to ensure sustainable performance improvements.
