Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
• 10+ years in Sales/Account Leadership with high-profile accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to close complex transactions through direct influence with multiple decision makers.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who can drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of assigned global accounts and drive long-term strategic value.
• Act as primary executive interface between customer and organization across regions.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet financial and growth targets.
• Identify and expand new business opportunities within the account and adjacent markets.
• Lead strategic account planning, value proposition development, and sales execution.
• Drive executive-level communications with data-driven insights and business justification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contract execution and delivery per expectations.
• Maintain disciplined opportunity management in CRM with visibility and forecasting.
• Support global portfolio initiatives and R&D alignment to evolving requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field
