Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Head of Spend Operations to lead Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense functions for a Global Investment Bank. The role emphasizes operational excellence, vendor management, and compliance across SOX controls, while driving automation and data-driven decisions.

You will manage onshore and offshore teams, partner with stakeholders, and implement spend governance, analytics, and modern ERP solutions to reduce cycle times and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in AP, procure-to-pay, expense management, finance operations, or transformation.
• Proven leadership experience managing global or distributed teams.
• Expertise in process automation, ERP systems, expense platforms, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging reporting and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s Accounts Payable and corporate expense functions, ensuring compliant, accurate payments and reimbursements.
• Oversee spend governance, vendor master records, and corporate card programs.
• Drive automation and modernization of procure-to-pay and T&E processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop KPI dashboards and spend analytics for visibility into performance and expenditure trends.
• Communicate operational performance and transformation initiatives to senior leadership.
