Job summary

IGT is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to oversee global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations. You will lead internal teams and manage outsourced providers to ensure accurate supplier payments, timely reimbursements, and robust financial controls.

You will partner with Procurement, Treasury, HR, and Finance to drive process improvements, automation, and working capital optimization while maintaining audit readiness and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AP/shared services/finance operations.
• Experience with SAP and Concur and process automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Experience managing outsourced providers (e.g., Genpact).

Responsibilities

• Lead global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments and expense reimbursements; monitor month-end close.
• Manage outsourced service providers and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness (SOX).
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, HR, Finance to improve performance.
• Support working capital optimization and cash management objectives.
• Develop and lead a high-performing AP and T&E organization.
