Job summary

PJT Partners seeks a VP, Head of Spend Operations to own and modernize the firm’s AP and corporate expense functions. You will lead end-to-end processes, enforce controls, and drive automation across procure-to-pay and T&E while partnering with Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams.

You will manage onshore and offshore teams, develop KPIs, and implement spend visibility dashboards. A CPA/CAPP or related certifications are pluses, with a base salary in the market range for New York finance

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, spend/expense operations, procure-to-pay or finance transformation.
• Demonstrated track record leading high-volume AP/T&E functions with improvements in timeliness, accuracy and control.
• Experience modernizing or automating finance operations with ERP/spend-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AP operations, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and policy compliant.
• Manage vendor master data and corporate card/T&E program administration.
• Design and enforce AP/expense policies, SOX controls, and spend governance.
• Lead data analytics for spend visibility, anomalies, and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee onshore and offshore teams and communicate performance to Finance leadership.
